Air Conditioning Safe or Not?

  

Summer will soon be here and since we’ve all heard about the torrid days to comes, about the global warming, we are all inclined to install an air conditioning unit. The main problems with insyalling air conditioning are location and children rooms.

The air conditioning unit offers us the comfort that ten years ago people were only dreaming of. But today, thanks to progresses in technology, we can install air conditioning in our cars, in the office or at home. 

Most people fear air conditioning units can be harmful to their health. Many people complain about air conditioning, claiming it got them sick. The problem is not that air conditioning itself, the problem is the sensibility some people experience when it’s drafty or when the temperature suddenly changes. All air conditioning does is to cool down the temperature, and problem might only appears if the unit is not correctly placed. All inhabitants of the house must be consulted before buying an air conditioning. 

 Small wall air conditioning units can be placed in a central room and used for entire house. This way you can cool down the room you stay most in without creating draft, but you need to leave the doors open. Some people that don’t mind hearing the unit’s fan even place a unit in the bedroom, but they correctly install it in a way that directs the current away from the bed. 

In babies’ case, it is a little more complicated. Babies suffer because of the heat, are sensitive to it, wake up often during hot nights, so we can’t let them suffer like that and we need to find a solution. You should not let the baby play with his cubes, dolls or chickering baby grand piano  in direct contact with the constant current produced by the unit. There are three options : we place the air conditioning unit in the baby’s room and we let the room cool down when the baby is not there or we let it function constantly but we direct the air current correctly or we install the air conditioning somewhere in a hallway and we let it ventilate indirectly. 

 For those who are also planning a house construction or an improvement of their current house, there’s another air conditioning possibility: the air conditioning units that ventilate through fake ceilings plates. This is a great power unit that directs the cold air through tubes place in the ceiling and walls. New air conditioning options do not even include air, they only consist of pipes that are situated in your walls and ceiling and through witch circulates a constant flow of freezing water.
